You have the right to return your purchase within14 calendar daysof receiving your order. This period starts on the day you receive the product.

• The product shows no damage, stains, or signs of use.

• The original packaging is intact and present.

• All labels and any included accessories are still present.

If the returned product meets the above conditions, you will receive afull refundof the purchase amount. The refund will be processed via the original payment method within5 to 10 business daysafter receipt and inspection of the returned item.

5. Verzendkosten bij Retour

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs entirely.
