Shibari session
A one-on-one Shibari session is much more than ropes; it is an intimate invitation into surrender, trust, and self discovery.
Many participants describe an unexpected calm, the release of judgment, and healing in places they never knew existed.
Shibari gently brings you into contact with emotions and memories stored deep within your fascia and nervous system.
Practical
This shibari session begins with a 10–15 minute intake to explore the intention of the session. What form would you like to experience, and what boundaries or physical limitations should be taken into account?
You choose whether, and how much, clothing you wish to wear. For comfort and safety, close-fitting clothing is recommended.
You also decide whether photos will be taken.
At the end, we have a closing conversation. Together we review the photos, and you decide which ones you would like to receive. The others will be deleted.
If there are beautiful images that could serve for promotion, I will ask your permission to blur them and share.
Duration : between 1 - 4 hours
Price : €90 first hour, then €35 per half hour

Let go. Trust. Feel carried
What awaits you
- Deep trust – resting in a foundation of safety and tender care.
- Surrender – releasing control to make space for freedom and quiet within.
- Healing & insight – allowing tension and old beliefs to melt away in presence.
- Samadhi – blissful union, the sweet recognition of being fully one with the moment.

Suspension – a path to release
One of the most transformative aspects of Meditative Shibari is suspension.
Being lifted in the ropes brings gentle pressure to the fascia—the connective tissue where tension, trauma, and memories are often stored.
- In suspension, the body surrenders into the ropes, allowing deep tensions in the fascia to loosen.
- When the ropes are slowly untied, the body often responds with a wave of release: memories, emotions, or old experiences may surface and gently dissolve.
- This process is not only physical, but also deeply therapeutic—creating more space in both body and mind.
Many people describe it as an experience of weightlessness, freedom, and healing.
Therapeutic Shibari – The Benefits of Shibari as a Healing Practice
Deep relaxation and stress release
The slow, attentive way of tying brings you fully into the present moment. Your body feels supported, your mind comes to rest.
Attention and presence
Shibari invites complete focus—both from you and your partner. This creates a pure sense of presence in the moment.
Trust and communication
Every session begins with a clear alignment of wishes and boundaries. This ensures safety and allows you to sink deeper into surrender.
Self-acceptance and body awareness
Through the experience, you may develop a new appreciation for your own body—not based on ideals, but on authenticity and the beauty that radiates from within

Surrender means letting go.
Trusting that you will be held—by life, by love, by another.
When you learn to release control over your body, your emotions, and your ego, you open a gateway to a fuller YES—to receiving on a much deeper level.
It is like opening a window into a new world, a world where we no longer need to fight or struggle, but where we can simply receive what is already waiting for us.
